They are working on the return of the funds stolen from Ukraine, stolen from a state-run bank," he stated. The spokesperson reiterated the position of Ukraine's foreign policy ministry, which considers the situation "an act of state banditry". Quote from Tykhyi: "Hungary abducted people and money that were moving under international agreements between Austria and Ukraine and had no relation to Hungary whatsoever. Hungarian investigators supposedly established that the armoured vehicles were carrying "freshly printed euros and dollars". During the entire period of detention in Hungary in early March, Oschadbank cash-in-transit workers were kept in handcuffs and one of them was subjected to two injections between interrogations.
