At least three people were killed and five people were injured as of 17:50. Police, State Emergency Service units, utility workers and medical services are working at the scene. Those injured in the attack are receiving medical assistance. Zelenskyy reported that five people are known to have been injured and five killed, adding that the number of casualties may rise.
