SEOUL -- North Korea's revised constitution has added a new territorial clause and dropped all references to unification with South Korea, a document showed Wednesday, underscoring Pyongyang's push toward a "two hostile states" policy.
The revised constitution, reviewed by Yonhap News Agency at a press conference held at the unification ministry, showed that North Korea has defined its territory as the land bordering China and Russia to the north and South Korea to the south, along with its adjacent territorial waters and airspace.

SEOUL -- South Korean shipper HMM Co. has secured a boat to tow the company's bulk carrier to a port in Dubai after an explosion and fire damaged the ship, a company official said Wednesday.
The damaged Panama-flagged vessel is expected to arrive at a safe harbor as early as Thursday afternoon (Seoul time), the company said. An investigation into the explosion will commence once the vessel arrives, it added.
